Barre Sculpt is a fun & high energy fitness class that focuses on toning, sculpting, and lengthening all muscle groups utilizing props and your own body weight & core strength.  An infusion of Barre, Pilates, strength, and flexibility training choreographed to the beat of the music. With consistency, this 60-min total body conditioning workout is designed to transform and sculpt your entire body. All fitness levels welcomed, modifications will be offered.

Barre Blast is a 60 min fitness class that  warms you up with a 15-min infusion of Cardio-Dance-Barre, followed by a 30-min high intensity Barre Bootcamp style class, concluding with 15-mins of  Active Stretching.  It's the perfect way to kick start the week, as well as your metabolism!  Suitable for all.  modifications will be offered.

Barre Fitness Instructor

Stef's love of music and movement began as a child. At a young age, she spent her free time in a dance studio. Stef tried all types of dance—ballet, jazz, tap, even hip hop—which she says she "wasn’t very good at"!  Though she loved the movement of ballet, she enjoyed the upbeat tempo of the other styles. So, she decided to ditch her ballet shoes after a few years and continued rocking those jazz and tap shoes.

 

When she discovered Barre and realized that she could incorporate those beautiful ballet moves into a workout with upbeat music— she said... "yes, please"!   She instantly fell in love with Barre, and wanted to share her joy of Barre with others. So, that's when she  started teaching.

Stef's Barre class is a lot of fun!  Inspired by ballet, but certainly not just for dancers, Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout suitable for every body at every level. Her 60-min workout strengthens the core, improves muscle endurance and balance, elongates and tones major muscles, and helps you discover muscles you never even knew you had!

Barre Fusion Fitness Instructor

Lourdes began her dance training under the British-based Royal Academy of Dancing. After completing over 25 years of classical ballet syllabus and teaching several kids and adult programs, she became certified in Zumba, Zumba Kids, and Zumba Kids Jr.  She has added Barre under her certifications and her classes incorporate ballet's focus on posture and technique with her passion for upbeat music to create a results-based and fun fitness experience!

Lourdes' Barre Fusion class is a 60-min high-energy workout that uses your body weight to tone and define the whole body. It combines the best of ballet, yoga and Pilates and incorporates a cardiovascular element to achieve maximum results in body definition, strength and ultimate flexibility.  An important element of the class will focus on strengthening the pelvic floor which yields multiple health benefits.
